Booking Your Course

At the moment we have not implemented the online booking functionality of our website. We hope to be able to offer this facility over the coming months.

General Information

To book any of our courses you should call our office on 01233 220 270 and select option 3. Our booking office hours are 10:00 - 16:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 10:00-13:00 on a Wednesday. Outside of these hours your call may be diverted to a mobile number or you will be given the opportunity to leave a voicemail. If you call during office hours and your call is diverted to voicemail please leave a clear message so that we can call you back

Alternatively, you can email your available dates to us at bookings@truegripoffroad.co.uk Please include full details of your requirements including a daytime telephone number on which we can contact you to discuss making your booking.

Please note for operational reasons we operate a rolling four month booking window. This means you can book your off road driving experience course up to four months in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to take bookings for dates more than four months in advance.

Booking your Professional Off Road Driving Course

If you wish to book one of our professional off road driving courses which leads to the award of a nationally recognised certificate of training then please call us on 01233 220 270 selecting option 1 to discuss your requirements. Subject to the number of course participants we can generally schedule a course to suit your availability.

Booking your Off Road Driving Experience Course

When booking your off road driving experience course we will require to following information; the name of the participant, the voucher type and voucher number, a contact telephone number (preferably a mobile number in case we need to contact you on the day of your course) and an email address (or postal address) to which we can send the confirmation. Once we have this information we will make a provisional booking for you. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your voucher. As your voucher is valuable you may wish to send it by recorded delivery to ensure receipt.

Opening Times

We are open Tuesday to Sunday inclusive and selected Bank Holidays throughout the year.

Professional Off Road Driving Courses

Our certificated courses are generally planned around your requirements although we do try to start each day by 09:30 and complete activities on site around 17:30
